I'm Back.....

Dear Friends and Family....I think I'm ready to start up my blog again. Sorry for not having posted anything since March!! But I think now is the time to start up again....

The summer is half over, one month to go til classes start up again in September. Scott and I have been enjoying the summer - golfing, hanging out with friends. I turned 40 earlier in the month - celebrated with some friends at our place - the start of the next stage of my life...there is still so much to do!!

One thing crossed off my list, was to get my motorcycle license - so a few Fridays ago I wrote the M1 test - and passed!!! Then I went out and bought myself a 2008 Yamaha Vino 125cc scooter!!

Got it on Monday night - drove it up and down the street. Last night was my first official ride - my first stop was to Casey and Jackie's (off of Jones Ave) - then over to Ken & Kelly's (Coxwell/Danforth) and then finally over to Richie and Liz's (Main/Gerrard). I have to admit it was pretty nerveracking at first, but once I got the hang of it - I was pretty confident! It's very liberating....LOVE IT!
