L'art Du Babyfoot Foosball Tournament

Last night, Todd and Melu hosted yet another one of their infamous Foosball Tournaments!! Scott was away in Kelowna, BC so Carole was going to step in, but she got really busy with her school work, so at the last minute Laura came through!!! Everyone is always excited and curious to see what Todd has come up with as the theme for the night - he's always outdoing himself! And this time was no different!! We were each assigned the identity of a famous artist and our images were magically transformed onto paintings of these artists!! It was quite amazing - we really don't know how Todd finds the time to do all this - although I know he told his boss he was on "jury duty" this past week!! Thanks to Todd and Melu for hosting another fun evening!

Today is Karen's birthday - we took her out for lunch to one of her favourite spots - the Hardrock Cafe.

Busy Day!

Scott's parents are back from FL - so drove up last night to visit with them. We spent the day in Peterborough today running around - moving the boat, the snowmobiles, visiting friends - it was go, go, go! But we got everything accomplished. We stopped by Mike's to check out the new addition and pick up the boat. After picking up the boat, we found that there were pine cones hidden in every compartment! Something had been living in the boat over the winter...and that something was still there!!! Yup, we found a dead chipmunk!!! Not sure what happened to him - perhaps he froze to death! Took the boat up to our friend's cottage in Buckhorn (bucky's new home) - visited with Scott and Emily. Then drop by to visit with Drew and the boys before heading back to TO.
