More Wedding Photos!

Nuptials!

Congratulations to our friends Richie and Liz who got married this past weekend. Scott was the best man - so on Friday night we attended the rehearsal at St. Aidan's in the beaches and then went to the rehearsal dinner at Spiaggia - dinner was excellent!

On Saturday morning, Scott and I went to the Four Season's to do the flower centrepieces - 100's of colourful tulips had to be snipped and arranged!! Then Scott was off to do his best man duties with the rest of the ushers.

The 4 p.m. ceremony went off without a hitch - both Rich & Liz looked great! The reception was held at the Four Season's on the 32nd Floor!! What a beautiful view from up there - you can see the whole city!! The food was awesome!!! There was a band - the Wedding Crashers Band - they were excellent - played a lot of great tunes for dancing - although James was upset that they didn't do any disco!!!

It was great to see friends that we don't see very often - we all decided that it was silly to only see each other at weddings - so we are going to try to get together more often!! Zuback visit.

Congratulations to the Thunder Bay Bantam Queens - they won the provincial championships Ontario Women's Hockey) this past weekend. Our cousin Brittany earned 11 points to help win the championship - great job!! The Zubacks spent the night with us before flying back to Thunder Bay this morning.

85th Birthday

Today is Grandma Jeremiah's 85th Birthday - "Happy Birthday!!" Yesterday there was a brunch birthday party at Kim & Gary's. Most of the grandchildren and great grandchildren were there to celebrate. It was great to see everyone there! Here are some photos.

Happy Good Friday!!

It's Good Friday!! No work today! Yay!! We took Ginger for a walk up to the Danforth for a Starbucks and some groceries. It was cold outside today!! It's April!! Spring!!! My poor flowers that are coming up in the garden - I'm not sure they are going to survive!!!

Tonight we had some friends over for dinner - Rich & Liz, Buzzy and Janeva and Scott, Susan and baby Daisy. Todd came over after dinner to join in on the festivities. It was a fun evening - lots of good food, drinks and we even got in a game of 80's Trivial Pursuit - although I'm not sure which team won! Thanks to everyone for coming over!!
